Who is the artist of this tattoo?

Part of the massive coverup sleeve I just started on Ellis. Inner forearm was the darkest part of the coverup which made it the part I was most excited about. I created a shape that used all the tiny light areas to maximum effect, then pushed in a bunch of light opaques to fill out the design. I expect to hit this part of the sleeve three times before it’s finished.
